AMBROZ VALLEY , Cáceres

The eight villages that are the Ambroz Valley (Abadía, Aldeanueva del Camino, Baños de Montemayor, Casas del Monte, Gargantilla, La Garganta, Hervás and Segura de Toro) I also have to add great
attractions such as impressive natural areas, active tourism or first class gastronomy. A lot of aspects so you can talk about a quality destination for all audiences.
How many days are needed to know the Ambroz Valley? In my opinion, it is a perfect destination for a rural weekend getaway. You can combine visits to villages, walks through nature and food with products of the earth: a real break from the routine that never leaves indifferent.

NAVARRA, Rocensvalles

"Land of diversity". That was the slogan of the Tourism Office of the Autonomous Community of Navarre. To visit Roncesvalles is by buying a ticket (cost about € 5 between the two) which includes the visit of several buildings.
The first part is used in seeing the Museum - Library, then the Church of Santiago from 13th century, the Chapel of the Holy Spirit and the Colegiate Church of Santa María.

The Mirador of Estrecho

Today I´m going to tell you about one of those places: the Mirador del Estrecho. A must stop if you are in the south of Spain, since from there you can see the 15 kilometers of water separating Europe from Africa.

It may seem silly, but it shrinks a little at the thought of the scarce physical distance there is (with good binoculars you can practically see the people on the other side) regarding the cultural gulf that separates both continents.
